Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We ship from our warehouse in Mainland UK. Most orders are shipped out the same day and delivered the next day.
I can't reach the MOQ for custom printing. What can I do?
Our stock range is available in much smaller quantities. You can customize our bags by applying labels. Our Kraft paper bags can also be customized with stamps.
Are all the products compostable?
We have a number of different materials available. If you would like a compostable bag then please choose ‘Compostable’ in your material selection above.
Are all your products recyclable?
We have a number of different materials available. If you would like a recyclable bag then please choose ‘Recyclable’ in your material selection above.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes. If your needs meet the MOQ for custom printing, we can create custom sizes. The minimum order quantity will depend on the size of the bag.
Do you offer wholesale and bulk discounts?
Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
6+ boxes will get a 10% discount
11+ boxes will get a 15% discount
For orders greater than 20 boxes (10.000 units) please contact us.
